Whale is automated trading software for Polymarket prediction markets. We provide tools; we do NOT provide:

• ·Guaranteed profits
• ·Custody of your funds
• ·Tax/legal services

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, legally allowed to use prediction markets in your jurisdiction, and not a resident of restricted countries (US, UK, France, where Polymarket is restricted). It is YOUR responsibility to comply with local laws.

Cryptocurrency and prediction market trading involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose all your funds. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Bots make mistakes — set stop-losses and position limits. We're not liable for trading losses. Always start with virtual mode (free tier) before risking real money.

Subscription terms

• ·Plans: Free, Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), Elite ($199/mo)
• ·Payment in cryptocurrency only via NOWPayments
• ·Subscriptions are pre-paid (no auto-renewal)
• ·No refunds after activation (crypto payments are final)
• ·You can cancel anytime — bot keeps running until period ends

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• ·Use the service for illegal activities
• ·Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the platform
• ·Spam or abuse our API
• ·Violate Polymarket's Terms of Service
• ·Manipulate prediction markets or engage in wash trading

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks.

Intellectual property

• ·Our software, design, content are owned by Whale
• ·You retain ownership of your bot configurations and trading data
• ·"Polymarket" is a trademark of Polymarket Inc. — we're not affiliated

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Whale is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or service interruptions. Maximum liability = amount you paid in last 30 days.

Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration. Governing law: Estonia.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use = acceptance.
